Book customers yourself into an existing time slot

I think we used to have this option, but it seems to have been lost in the last major calendar update. It’s crucial, though. Clients can book appointments themselves via the booking page, but as a coach, I can no longer book clients myself.

It would also be helpful to be able to immediately schedule a different type of session when you click on an empty slot in the calendar (e.g., for an intake interview between PT sessions). This new session must, of course, also follow the booking rules set for that type of session.
