Movable pop-up screen

Applies to all pop-up screens. It would be nice if you could move a pop-up screen with the mouse.

For example, in the programmer. I opened the pop-up to post a comment, but I also wanted to take a look at the training that had been done. However, that is only possible by closing the pop-up again. If you could simply move it with the mouse, you could view both things at the same time.
