Programmer Suggestions

  • Dustbin next to week number to be able to delete a week.

  • Option to program a superset/myorepset/dropset/….

  • Option to prescribe rest time between sets

  • Audible signal when the rest timer expires

  • When a customer logs a separate routine (which is included in their schedule) instead of logging a routine from the schedule, it would be nice if these results also appeared in the programmer under the relevant week. Currently, they appear at the bottom, which is fine for extra workouts, but in this case, the customer just wants to follow the program, so the results should be included in the program.

  • For bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups/push-ups, I don't think any volume is currently tracked because the load is always 0. It might be a good idea to add a 'bodyweight' checkbox to these exercises so that in the background a load of 0 changes to a load of 1 (or current body weight). This would allow the system to track the volume as well.
