Home screen workout: multiple adjustments

  • Why does sRPE need to be entered before the workout?

  • Why does BW need to be entered if it’s already been done in the morning log?

  • Why should someone be able to add a WOD and/or exercise to a pre-programmed routine? To me, that just makes it more complicated for the user

  • Why do you have to add notes before the workout?

  • Motivation (M+ and M-) is unclear terminology alongside “high” and “low.” My suggestion is to standardize everything, so either use only emojis or write everything out in full

Suggestion: you should only fill in all this (sRPE and notes, etc.) AFTER the workout. Think of a “Finish workout” button below the last exercise that takes you to a final screen where you can enter all the details about the workout. That way, you don’t have to scroll all the way back up after the last exercise to stop the workout.

  • You could also make the “notes” field a larger text box so it’s clearer that you can type (long) text here
