The notation for clients' start and end dates isn't working quite right

Today, I set my own program to "inactive" in the scheduler. In the client data, I now see the following:

February 10 for both “Desired Start” and “Start.” Why are two values being entered here?

August 6: both the desired start date and start date are set to today. There is no desired start date or start date since I’ve set this program to pause (inactive). This could be made clearer in this client overview. For example, add an “inactive/on pause” status or provide an option somewhere to enter an actual desired start date for the future during a pause, for when the client wants to resume.
