Routine is gone

I had created a new routine, but I was still looking to see if I could add weight. I clicked on the six dots and saw a short video 👍🏼. The text for weight + repetitions runs through another text. I couldn't click on this.

I wanted to go back to the start screen of my routine (it hadn't been saved yet), but the routine was gone.
