Rules for runs

When I’m planning running workouts (or other forms of cardio) for someone, I’d like to be able to include some additional metrics.

Sets; reps; time in units other than just seconds (e.g., minutes); distance; pace (which can be expressed in km/h or min/km); heart rate/heart rate zone

Perhaps a section where you can record someone’s running tests/times, such as Cooper test, 5K time, 10K time, half marathon, and full marathon.

Space to note VO2 max pace, threshold pace, interval pace, and easy run pace—or even better, have these calculated automatically when I enter the Cooper test data. I have an Excel sheet for this if you’d like to use it.
