Customers respond on the community

Customers are commenting on the business feed even though it’s turned off.
At least, that’s how it appears to them, but the posts they make don’t reach me. A customer showed me her app yesterday, and there is indeed a comment from her on my feed that didn’t reach me

In that regard, I would also like to see a push notification or an alert on my dashboard when customers post something in the community
