Settings by activity

Wouldn't it make more sense to link these settings to an activity in the admin panel? These settings are usually the same for each activity, so if we could set them here, it would save a lot of work when scheduling the calendar.

If you really want to keep it configurable per time slot, you could also have these values pre-filled with the default settings (which you then create in the admin panel for the product).
