It would be great if we could provide some form of feedback to the customer here.
First, a thumbs-up or something similar could appear in the app when the customer checks in. That way, they’d immediately see that the coach has read the check-in.
Secondly (and I’m not sure if this is really necessary, since coaching also happens through other channels), we could perhaps also add a short note visible to the client to provide quick tips or advice. This could, for example, take the form of a clickable text bubble next to the check-in. (This “text bubble” could then immediately replace the thumbs-up or checkmark from my first suggestion, as it instantly confirms that the coach has read the check-in.)
