Revise credit allocation

In light of the new update introducing product-specific credits, the system for assigning credits to customers should also be revised in a similar way.

In my opinion, it would be most convenient if we could change the number of remaining credits instead of just assigning new credits. (For example, I gave myself a lot of credits for testing, and now I can’t remove them.)
