I can't connect with my coach

Léon Declemy wants to connect with me as my coach! He sends me a message, but I don't receive anything. He is using the correct email address. What could be the problem, because he was able to add two other clients today?

    Hi Hans, heb je je spambox gecheckt? Ik zie dat je een zakelijk emailadres gebruikt. Sommige zakelijke emailadressen hebben strikte filters die soms de link niet door laten.

    Je coach kan ook altijd de link kopierne vanuit zijn dashboard en die naar je sturen, dat is dezelfde link als in de mail zou staan.
