Currently, we can already add customers to a session series. That’s good, but this only works as long as the customer has credits in their account.
Suppose I offer a monthly subscription for group classes twice a week (Mon and Thu). Then I would create a subscription > payable every 4 weeks > each period the customer receives 8 credits (2x/week). So far, so good….
But if I then add the client to a series (Mon and Thu), the system will only add the first 4 weeks because the client only has 8 credits. After that, I have to manually reschedule everyone back into the calendar every 4 weeks, even though the clients have a subscription that automatically renews. We normally assume that this situation will continue until the clients cancel the contract themselves.
Do you perhaps see a solution for this?
If the calendar layout were different, so that you see your sessions in separate blocks (along with the number of participants), you could see at a glance where people haven’t been assigned to sessions yet. Here’s an example of what I mean.

If there were only 3 participants listed there now, when there have always been 4, I would know immediately if someone’s session pass/subscription has expired (or if someone hasn’t been assigned to a series of sessions yet).
