Add an alert to the exercise when an action is missed

Suppose I ask a client to film an exercise and they don’t do it; in that case, I’d like to add an alert or notification to that specific workout indicating that the exercise requires extra attention. That way, as a coach, I won’t assign tasks that aren’t completed, which would then result in no follow-up.
